Introduction of Emergency Medical Team Coordination Cell Assistance Activities in 2022 Moldova EMTCC Operation and Future Suggestions

Introduction: Emergency Medical Team Coordination Cell (EMTCC) was established in WHO Moldova Country Office to coordinate responding International EMTs March 2022. Japan Cooperation Agency (JICA) sent an EMTCC assistance team support the WHO-approved minimum data collection for emergency medical teams, Minimum Data Set (MDS), operations and other coordination activities. Introducing activities of JICA at will suggest future use. Method: were reviewed. Results: There a wide range high-level administrative functions EMTCC, such as planning, logistics, assurance governance, human resources. One significant introducing MDS extracting summaries reporting Ministry Health. All these tasks require considerable time manage must be completed promptly effective operations. Conclusion: The coordinator should function decision-maker control communicating with implementing EMT initiative. In disaster, especially acute phase activities, more required immediate processing.
